Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Dallas On One (the "Site") or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use this Site or our services.
2. Services & "Call for Quote" Model
Dallas On One provides digital strategy, media creation, and growth consulting.
All services are customized. Quotes provided during our "Strategy Calls" are valid for 30 days.
We do not offer "one-size-fits-all" pricing. Your specific investment level will be outlined in a formal Statement of Work (SOW) before we "Break the Huddle" and begin.
3. Intellectual Property
Our Content: All text, logos, graphics, and the "On One" branding on this Site are the property of Dallas On One and are protected by copyright laws.
Your Content: For any media we create for you, ownership rights will be transferred upon final payment, unless otherwise specified in your individual contract. Dallas On One retains the right to use any work created for promotional purposes (portfolio, social media) to showcase our Strategy | Creation | Growth framework.
4. Client Responsibilities
To achieve "Results," clients must show up with authenticity. You agree to provide necessary assets, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in communication may result in shifted timelines for your project’s "Growth" phase.
5. Payment Terms
Projects require a deposit (typically 50%) to secure your spot in the huddle.
Monthly management fees are billed on the 1st of each month and are non-refundable once the "Growth" work for that month has commenced.
6. Limitation of Liability
Dallas On One provides strategies built on over a decade of experience. However, digital algorithms and market conditions are "giants" that change. While we strive for the "Win," we cannot guarantee specific viral results or third-party platform uptime.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a month-to-month or long-term partnership by providing thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event a specific Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) exists with a defined term or alternative termination protocol, the terms of that specific contract shall supersede this section. Upon termination, the Client remains responsible for the full payment of all services rendered, hours worked, and non-cancelable third-party costs incurred up to the effective termination date.
8. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
