By completing a donation, you acknowledge that funds are final and will be directed toward DallasOnOne initiatives, adaptive athlete support, or partnered fundraising efforts.

We are not able to reverse, transfer, or return any donation under any circumstance.

2. Merchandise & Physical Products

Our merchandise is produced and shipped through third-party manufacturers (such as Printify and their partnered print providers).

Because production begins automatically after your order is placed:

• DallasOnOne does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges directly.

• Any potential refund or replacement request must be handled through the third-party manufacturer’s refund policy.

We recommend reviewing Printify’s official policies for defective or damaged items before placing an order.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact the manufacturer (e.g., Printify or their associated print partner) using your order details. Most third-party print providers will review and replace defective products at their discretion.

4. Digital Products & Training Materials

If you purchase or access any digital downloads, guides, or training programs, these are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
